摘　　要：总结70例儿童无痛胃肠镜围术期麻醉护理管理和配合经验。操作前完善对患儿的心理护理、术前访视的准备及禁食水护理;操作中密切观测患儿生命体征变化并配合医生完成操作,及时应对并发症的处理;加强对患儿麻醉苏醒期间的护理观察。70例患儿均顺利完成无痛胃肠镜检查。The experience of perioperative anesthesia nursing management and cooperation were summarized from 70 cases of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in children,including improving the psychological care of children before operation,preoperative visit preparation and nursing care after fasting.During the operation,nurses took close supervision on the changes of vital signs of children,assisted doctors,and treated the complications in time.Meanwhile the nursing observation of children was reinforced during anesthesia recovery.Altogether 70 cases of pediatric painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were successfully completed.
