摘  要:继电保护隐性故障严重影响电力系统的安全可靠运行,尤其是保护整定方面存在的隐患不易被发现,可能扩大停电范围甚至造成连锁故障。对此,提出一种继电保护系统隐性故障识别方法。首先,建立了系统拓扑中线路、元件、断路器的编码规则,并根据编码和断路器跳闸情况确定疑似故障区域。其次,根据保护启动、动作及断路器跳闸的相关性,结合各保护配合关系,建立了保护动作逻辑关系式。再次,基于实际情况与预期情况最大吻合原则建立目标函数,采用优化算法求解,并通过对比得到隐性故障位置。案例分析表明,所提方法能有效发现保护定值和保护配合等软件类隐性故障。The existence of hidden failures in relay protection seriously affects the safe and reliable operation of power system.In particular,the hidden failures in protection settings are not easy to detect,which may expand the power outage scope and even cause cascading failures.To solve this problem,an identification method for hidden failures in the relay protection system is proposed.First,the coding rules for lines,components and circuit breakers in the system topology are formulated,and the suspected failure area is determined according to the coding and the tripping of circuit breakers.Second,based on the correlation among protection pickup,protection action and circuit breaker trips,the logic relation of protection action is established combined with the coordination of various protections.Third,based on the principle of maximum coincidence between the actual and expected situations,an objective function is constructed,which is solved using optimization algorithms.Afterwards,the location of hidden failures is obtained through comparison.Finally,the results of a case study show that the proposed method can effectively locate the software-type hidden failures such as protection setting values and coordination.
