摘  要:在物流服务体系设计理论基础上,参考物流服务体系的设计方法,分别从需求要素分析、供给主体要素分析、设施设备要素分析、信息要素分析、服务产品分析和服务模式分析等六个方面构建了基于集拼集运的铁路前置仓服务体系。该服务体系集合了前置仓和铁路集拼集运模式的优点,以期提高铁路货运的客户体验和运行效率,解决当前多式联运面临的物流集货难等问题,使铁路货运企业获取竞争优势。In this paper,based on the theoretical basis for the design of the logistics service system,we explored the railway preposition warehouse service system based on the LCL consolidated transportation mode in order to solve the key pain points hindering the smooth running of the railway logistics system.By referring to the design method of the logistics service system,we proposed the railway preposition warehouse service system based on LCL consolidated transportation system from six aspects:demand element analysis,supply agent element analysis,facility and equipment element analysis,information element analysis,service product analysis,and service mode analysis.The service system integrates the advantages of the preposition warehouse and the railway LCL consolidated transportation mode,and is capable of improving the customer experience and operation efficiency of the railway freight transportation system,solving the problems of cargo consolidation faced in multimodal transport,and granting the railway freight enterprises greater competitive edge.
