摘 要:传统罐道结构形变检测方法存在效率低、精度差等不足,尤其是在罐道接缝有填塞的情况下,激光测量方法检测罐道结构形变时容易产生漏判。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于光纤线激光扫描技术的罐道结构形变检测新方法,并辅以颜色传感器对罐道接缝进行精确定位,具有操作简单、测量高效、数据连续等特点,能够显著提高系统测量精度。实验结果表明,系统能够准确定位和识别所有待测罐道接缝处,其测量精度优于0.1 mm,并且具有很好的重复性。The traditional method of measuring the deformation of shaft guide structure has some shortcomings,such as low efficiency and poor accuracy,especially in the case that the joint of shaft guide is filled,the laser measurement method is easy to produce data missing and misjudgment.In view of the above problems,the paper proposes a new method of structural deformation detection based on fiber optic wire laser scanning technologyfor the shaft guild,which has the characteristics of simple operation,efficient measurement and continuous data transmission,which can significantly improve the measurement accuracy of the system.The experimental results show that the system can accurately locate and identify all the joints parts to be tested,with better measurement accuracy of 0.1 mm,and with good reproducibility.
