摘 要:针对我国现有炼焦煤工艺存在中矸磁尾损失精煤的理论可能性,以两淮地区某中央型炼焦煤选煤厂为例,分析了该选煤厂中煤、矸石磁选尾矿的粒度组成和密度组成,并进行单元浮选试验。试验结果表明,中煤磁选尾矿中+0.25 mm累计平均灰分17.03%,在重选中得到较有效分选富集,应侧重在粗煤泥环节回收;0.25~0.045 mm累计平均灰分为38.00%,且在不同捕收剂和起泡剂用量下均有较好的浮选结果,可燃体回收率平均值为92.04%,浮选完善指标平均值为77.45%,进一步说明中煤磁尾0.25~0.045 mm应进入浮选环节回收。据此提出一种中煤磁选尾煤浮选回收工艺,以实现炼焦煤选煤厂精煤全粒级回收,提高焦煤资源回收率。A coking coal preparation plant in Lianghuai central area is taken as an example to analyze the coal and gangue magnetic tailings of the coal preparation plant.The particle size composition and density composition of the ore,and the unit flotation test is carried out.The test results show that the cumulative average ash content of+0.25 mm in the magnetic separation tailings in middlings is 17.03%,which can be effectively separated and enriched in reselection.The recovery of coarse slime should be emphasized;the cumulative average ash content of 0.25~0.045 mm is 38.00%with good flotation results under different amounts of collectors and foaming agents.The average recovery rate of combustibles is 92.04%,and the average flotation perfection index is 77.45%,which further shows that the magnetic tail in middlings with the size of 0.25~0.045 mm should be recovered in the flotation process.A flotation recovery process for tailings from middllings magnetic separation is proposed to realize the full-sized recovery of clean coal from the coking coal preparation plant and improve the recovery rate.
