摘 要:[目的/意义]从科学论证角度对科学论文的内容结构进行解析和语义表示,能够更加精确地表示科学论文的内容,有助于提高科研人员阅读和理解科学论文的效率。[方法/过程]基于波普尔知识增长理论解释科学研究的过程,总结出科学论文中包含的7种论证元素:前人陈述、问题、假设、目的、方法、结果和结论;借助图尔敏论证模型来构建句子及实体级的科学论文论证结构本体;在此基础上,从论文内容的语义检索、知识可视化两个角度,设计了一个论证结构本体应用原型系统。[结果/结论]结果表明,本文构建的论证结构本体,可以准确地表示科学论文中的论证元素及其论证关系,实现基于论文内容的语义检索和知识发现,为科学论文内容的语义出版研究提供参考。[Purpose/Significance]Scientific paper is a kind of argumentative text,which demonstrates scientific viewpoints and conclusions.The analysis and semantic representation of scientific paper's content from the perspective of scientific argumentation can more accurately represent the content of scientific papers and help improve scientific research personnel's quick reading and understanding of scientific papers.[Method/Process]Based on Popper's knowledge growth theory to explain the process of scientific research,seven kinds of argumentation elements in scientific papers were summarized:previous statement,problem,hypothesis,goal,method,result and conclusion.Based on Toulmin's argumentative,a sentence and entity-level scientific paper argumentation structure ontology was proposed.And on this basis,an argumentation structure ontology application prototype retrieval system was designed from two type of content-based semantic retrieval and knowledge visualization.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that the argumentation structure ontology constructed in this paper can accurately represent the argumentation elements and their argumentation relationships in the scientific paper,realize semantic retrieval and knowledge discovery based on the content of the paper,and provide a reference for the research on semantic publishing of scientific paper.
