摘  要:痛情绪是指痛诱发的情绪和情感体验,目前研究仅发现强啡肽(DYN)/κ-阿片受体(KOR)系统参与调控慢性疼痛所致痛情绪的产生,但神经痛相关痛情绪的具体机制尚不清楚。目前研究认为,促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子和谷氨酸都可能与DYN/KOR系统互相调节,参与神经痛相关痛情绪的调控。此外,DYN/KOR系统对中脑边缘多巴胺系统和腹侧被盖区-伏隔核环路兴奋性的调控作用也可能是神经痛相关痛情绪的机制之一。本文通过综述DYN/KOR系统与情绪相关递质的关系、与痛情绪密切相关的脑区以及与痛感觉和痛情绪的相关信号通路,为整体研究DYN/KOR系统在痛情绪中的作用机制以及临床药物研发提供参考。Pain refers to the emotion and emotional experience induced by pain.The current research only confirms that dynorphin(DYN)/κ-opioid receptor(KOR)system is involved in regulating the generation of pain caused by chronic pain,but the specific mechanism of neuralgia-related pain emotion is unclear.Based on current research,it is believed that both corticotropin releasing factor and glutamate may interact with DYN/KOR system and participate in the regulation of neuralgia-related pain.In addition,DYN/KOR system has an effect on the mesolimbic dopamine system and the regula⁃tion of the excitability of the ventral tegmental area-nucleus accumbens loop may also be one of the mechanisms of neuralgia-related pain.In a word,this paper reviews the relationship between DYN/KOR system and mood related neurotransmitters,brain regions closely related to pain emotion,and signal pathways related to pain sensation and pain emotion,so as to provide evidence for the future system⁃atic research on the mechanism of DYN/KOR system in pain emotion and clinical drug research and development.
