摘　　要：目的探讨宫缩期娩肩与传统娩肩方法对自然分娩新生儿的影响。方法回顾性分析大连市妇女儿童医疗中心(集团)春柳院区2019年1月至6月接收的150例自然分娩产妇的临床资料,根据娩肩方式不同分为研究组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组采用传统娩肩方式进行分娩,研究组采用顺应宫缩期娩肩方式进行分娩。比较两组新生儿窒息情况,并统计两组新生儿产伤及并发症的发生情况。结果研究组新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产伤总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统娩肩方式比较,宫缩期娩肩有助于降低新生儿窒息,减少产伤及相关并发症的发生,具有较强的研究价值和临床价值。Objective To study the effect of shoulder delivery and traditional shoulder delivery on natural delivery of newborns.Methods The clinical data of 150 parturients who gave birth naturally from January to June 2019 in Chunliu District of Dalian Women and Children Medical Center(Group)were retrospectively analyzed.According to the way of shoulder delivery,they were divided into study group(n=75)and control group(n=75).The control group adopted the traditional shoulder delivery method,and the study group adopted the uterine contraction stage delivery method.The neonatal asphyxia of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of neonatal labor injury and complications of two groups were counted.Results The incidence of neonatal birth injury in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional methods of shoulder delivery,shoulder delivery during uterine contraction is helpful to reduce neonatal asphyxia and the incidences of labor injury and related complications,it has strong research value and clinical value.
