隔药灸联合耳穴贴压对血液透析患者胃肠道功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究隔药灸联合耳穴贴压治疗对血液透析患者胃肠道功能的影响。方法选取2020年4月至12月益都中心医院收治的80例血液透析伴胃肠道功能紊乱患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为中医组与常规组,各40例。常规组给予莫沙必利治疗,中医组给予隔药灸联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素水平以及人体成分变化。结果中医组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于常规组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医组的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、体蛋白量水平及体脂比例高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔药灸联合耳穴贴压可以调节血液透析患者的胃肠道功能,改善患者的营养情况。Objective To explore the influence of medicine separated moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure on gastrointestinal function in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction treated in Yidu Central Hospital from April to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the routine group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with Mosapride,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with medicine separated moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and the changes of human body composition before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0%of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,body protein and body fat ratio in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicine separated moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure can enhance the gastrointestinal function in patients receiving hemodialysis and patients′nutrition.
