摘　　要：针对辽宁省高速公路隧道运营中需要对行驶车辆违法停车进行实时监控的需求,提出了一套基于视频车牌识别的隧道监控预警系统的构建方案,用来监控隧道内行驶车辆超速、低速行驶、停车等违法行为,并对这些行为进行实时的预警,保障隧道的安全运营。In response to the need for real-time monitoring of illegal parking of driving vehicles in the operation of highway tunnels in Liaoning Province,a set of construction schemes for a tunnel monitoring and early warning system based on video license plate recognition is proposed to monitor the speeding,low-speed driving and parking of vehicles in the tunnel.And other illegal acts,and provide real-time warning of these acts to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel.
