摘 要:基于国家气象信息中心提供的1961-2018年逐日降水资料、美国国家环境预报中心/大气研究中心(NCEP/NCAR)的逐日再分析资料,NOAA海表温度资料等,采用中国气象局对东北雨季监测的业务规定,利用相关分析、合成分析等方法,分析了黑龙江省雨季开始早晚的气候特征及同期大气环流特征和前期外强迫信号。结果表明,58 a来黑龙江省雨季开始最早在6月1日,最晚在8月28日,1976年是空汛。1961-2018年黑龙江省雨季开始平均日期是7月3日。雨季开始时间具有显著的年际变化和年代际变化特征,雨季开始日期在1981年左右发生一次突变,前期是以偏晚为主,后期是以偏早为主;雨季开始早、晚与东北冷涡和鄂霍次克海阻塞高压有一定的关系,与副热带高压没有明显的相关关系,当东北冷涡偏强,鄂霍次克海阻塞高压偏强的时候,雨季开始日期偏早,反之,雨季开始日期偏晚。In order to analyze the climate characteristics of the early or late rainy season in Heilongjiang Province,better services for agriculture and disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on the daily precipitation data from 1961 to 2018 provided by the National Meteorological Information Center,the daily reanalysis data from the National Center for Environmental Forecasting/Center for Atmospheric Research(NCEP/NCAR)of the United States,and the NOAA sea surface temperature data,the climate characteristics of the atmospheric circulation and the early external forcing signals in the same period of the early or late rainy season in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed by using the operational regulations of the China Meteorological Administration for the monitoring of rainy season in Northeast China and the methods of correlation analysis and synthetic analysis.The results show that the rainy season in Heilongjiang province began on June 1 at the earliest,and on August 28 at the latest.In 1976,it is empty flood.The average starting date of rainy season in Heilongjiang Province from 1961 to 2018 is July 3.The starting date of rainy season in Heilongjiang Province has significant interannual and interdecadal variations.The starting date of rainy season has a sudden change around 1981 and is mainly late in the early stage and early in the later stage.The rainy season starts early or late in Heilongjiang Province is related to the northeast cold vortex and the Okhotsk Sea blocking high,but not to the subtropical high.When the northeast cold vortex and Okhotsk Sea blocking high is strong,the start date of rainy season in Heilongjiang Province is early,on the contrary,the start date of rainy season is late.
