摘  要:目的:比较相对增殖度法和细胞增殖实验(MTT法)对26种不同药包材细胞毒性的结果差异性和相关性,比较两种方法在应用中的差异。方法:以L-929细胞为观察对象,采用MTT法及相对增殖度法对26种药包材的浸提液进行细胞毒性实验,比较毒性等级。结果:通过两种实验方法测定,26种药包材表现出对L-929细胞不同的细胞毒性,两种方法之间存在高度相关性。结论:与相对增殖度法比较,MTT法由于其实验周期短,灵敏度高,重复性好,操作简单,结果更加客观,提高了实验结果的准确性和重现性,更适合于对细胞毒性进行评价,是相对增殖度法的比较好的替代检测方法。Objective:To compare the difference and correlation between the results of relative degree of proliferation and MTT method on the cytotoxicity of 26 different drug packaging materials,and to compare the differences in the application of the two methods.Methods:L-929 cells were used as observation object,MTT method and relative degree of proliferation were used to test the cytotoxicity of the extracts of 26 kinds of drug packaging materials,and the toxicity levels were compared.Results:26 kinds of drug packaging materials showed different cytotoxicity to L-929 cells by two methods,and there was a high correlation between the two methods.Conclusion:Compared with the relative degree of proliferation,MTT method is more objective due to its short test period,high sensitivity,good repeatability and simple operation,which greatly improves the accuracy and reproducibility of the test results.It is more suitable for the evaluation of cytotoxicity and a better alternative method for the relative degree of proliferation.
