摘 要:为降低露天煤矿爆破根底率,通过对大煤沟露天煤矿产生爆破根底的各种因素进行分析,制定针对性解决措施,并针对炮孔超深、炸药单耗及炮孔排距制定四种优化方案。通过对各种方案的极差分析及现场试验表明:炸药单耗对根底控制效果影响最大,增加超深及缩小炮孔排距有利于根底率的控制,最佳方案下平均根底率为3.4%,爆破根底得到有效控制。In order to reduce the blasting foundation rate of open-pit coal mine,through the analysis of various factors of blasting foundation in Dameigou Open-pit Coal Mine,the corresponding solving measures are made,and four optimization schemes are made according to the ultra-depth of blasthole,the unit consumption of explosive and the row distance of blasthole.The range analysis and field test of various schemes show that the unit consumption of explosive has the greatest influence on the control effect of foundation,and increasing the ultra-depth and reducing the distance of blasthole are beneficial to the control of foundation rate.Under the best scheme,the average foundation rate is 3.4%,and the blasting foundation is effectively controlled.
