摘　　要：文章首先对河北省城乡居民医疗保险现状进行分析,结合统计数据资料,多角度多方面分析河北省城乡居民医保的实施情况,重点调研了农村医疗保险情况,进而找出河北省城乡医保实施过程中存在的问题,其主要包括,第一,农村基层医疗卫生设施配置较差;第二,农村基层医疗机构人才匮乏;第三,城乡居民医疗保险制度整合面临新的问题,并试图针对存在问题提出一些合理化的建议。Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Hebei Province.Combining the statistical data,it analyzes the implementation of medical insurance for urban and ru⁃ral residents in Hebei Province from multi-perspectives/aspects,takes rural medical insurance as a focus of survey,and then identifies the problems in the implementation of urban and rural medical insurance in Hebei Province,mainly including:The first,poor conditions of rural grass-roots health care facilities;the second,shortage of quali⁃fied personnel in rural grass-roots health care institutions;the third,integration of medical insurance systems for ur⁃ban and rural residents faced with new problems.Finally,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the existing problems.
