典型村发展壮大集体经济实现乡村振兴的经验与思考

摘　　要：山西省长治市平顺县西沟村、晋中市昔阳县大寨村和吕梁市汾阳市贾家庄村是全国农业战线发展集体经济的老典型。改革开放以来,这三个老典型立足自身实际,以多年积累的集体资产为基础,总结自身发展集体经济的宝贵经验,继续发扬艰苦创业的优良作风,探索和创新农村集体经济组织形式,多措并举发展壮大集体经济,使老典型再攀新高峰。文章以三个典型村通过创新农村集体经济组织形式、发展壮大集体经济的实践分析为例,进而凝练出老典型再攀新高峰的经验,以期为山西乃至全国农村在新时代实现乡村振兴提供有益借鉴。Xigou Village,Pingshun County,Changzhi City,Shanxi Province,Dazhai Village,Xiyang County,Jinzhong City,and Jia Jiazhuang Village,Fenyang City,Luliang City are the old models of the development of collec⁃tive economy in the national agricultural sector.Since China’s reform and opening up,the three old models,based on their reality,and years of accumulation of collective assets,summarizes its experience in the development of col⁃lective economy,learn the advanced experience of other rural development at home and abroad,continue to carry forward the hard-working fine style,explore and innovate the rural collective economic organization form,take more measures to develop and strengthen collective economy,so as to make the old model again hit a new peak.This pa⁃per takes Xigou Village,Dazhai Village and Jia Jiazhuang village as examples to analyze the practice of developing and strengthening the collective economy by innovating the form of rural collective economic organization,and then summarizes the experience of the old model climbing the new peak again,so as to provide beneficial reference for Shanxi and even the whole country realizing the rural revitalization in the new era.
