牛蒡子汤联合针灸推拿治疗痰湿阻络型肩周炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服牛蒡子汤联合针灸推拿治疗痰湿阻络型肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将2019年1月至2020年3月收治的104例痰湿阻络型肩周炎患者随机分为两组,各52例。对照组患者采用针灸推拿治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合牛蒡子汤口服治疗。治疗4周后比较两组患者的VAS疼痛评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分及临床有效率。结果:观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS疼痛评分及Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服牛蒡子汤联合针灸推拿治疗痰湿阻络型肩周炎可减轻患者肩关节疼痛,改善肩关节功能,疗效优于单纯针灸推拿。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral Niubangzi decoction combined with acupuncture and massage on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals.Methods:104 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis with phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals were randomly divided into two groups on average.The control group was treated by acupuncture and massage,and the observation group was treated by oral treatment of Niubangzi decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS pain score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score and clinical efficacy were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).VAS pain score and Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral Niubangzi decoction combined with acupuncture and massage can reduce the pain of shoulder joint and improve the function of shoulder joint in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis with phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals,and the efficacy is better than that of acupuncture and massage group.
