摘　　要：国家乡村振兴战略的实施,对乡村规划建设人才培养提出迫切需求。针对目前城乡规划专业人才培养中存在的问题,以多学科知识能力、综合实践技能、良好职业道德素养培养为目标,从课程体系改革、实践教学模式创新、创新教学方法和多方人才培养机制四个方面,探索城乡规划专业乡村振兴人才的培养模式,以期为我国其他高校提供借鉴和启示。The implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy has put forward an urgent need for the cultivation of rural planning and construction talents.In view of the existing problems in the training of urban and rural planning professionals,the paper takes the three abilities of multidisciplinary knowledge,comprehen-sive practical skills and good professional ethics as the cultivation goal.The research explores a cultivation mode of rural revitalization talents of urban and rural planning major from four aspects:reform of curriculum system,innovation of practical teaching mode,teaching method and multi-party talent assessment mechanism,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for other universities in China.
