摘  要:为获得量小高效可填充矿井火区裂隙、降低火区温度的充填材料,以天然鳞片石墨为原料、高锰酸钾与三氧化铬为混合氧化剂、冰乙酸与高氯酸为混合插层剂,构建了二元混合的氧化插层反应体系。采用化学氧化直接插层的工艺,通过环境扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪对可膨胀石墨的微观形貌、热稳定性进行表征分析。结果表明:当反应温度为40℃、反应时间为60 min、搅拌强度为300 r/min,天然鳞片石墨与混合氧化剂、混合插层剂的配比为1∶0.42∶5.0时混合插层物质可完全插入石墨片层间,形成了天然鳞片石墨层间化合物。在400℃的低温环境中,膨胀体积可达590 mL/g。This paper aims to fill the cracks in the mine fire area with small amount and high efficiency using the filling material and thereby reduce the temperature of the fire area.The study involves constructing a binary mixed oxidative intercalation reaction system using natural flake graphite as raw material,potassium permanganate and chromium trioxide as mixed oxidants,and glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid as mixed intercalation agents;and characterizing the microstructure and thermal stability of expandable graphite using chemical oxidation direct intercalation process,environmental scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the optimum process conditions such as the reaction temperature of 40℃,the reaction time of 60 min,the stirring intensity of 300 r/min,and the ratio of natural flake graphite to mixed oxidant and mixed intercalation agent is 1∶0.42∶5.0,allow the mixed intercalation material to be completely inserted into the graphite interlayer,resulting in a natural flake graphite interlayer compound.The low temperature environment of 400℃sees the expansion volume reaching 590 mL/g.
