摘 要:以广东省惠州市惠阳区某城镇污水处理厂异常尾水为试验对象,其中,磷主要以次磷酸盐形式存在,无法直接通过化学沉淀法去除。试验采用Fenton法将次磷酸盐氧化为高价态的正磷酸盐,再通过絮凝沉淀过程达到除磷目的。探究Fenton过程H_(2)O_(2)投加量,m(H_(2)O_(2)):m(Fe^(2+)),初始pH值,反应时间等因素对次磷酸盐去除效果的影响,试验结果表明:初始pH为3、30%H_(2)O_(2)投加量200 mg/L,m(H_(2)O_(2)):m(Fe^(2+))为4.86,反应120 min后,调节溶液pH至10-11,并加入1mg/L聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)阴离子溶液,沉淀60 min,总磷(TP)含量由1.87 mg/L将至0.30 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A中TP≤0.5 mg/L的要求。Taking the abnormal tailwater of a sewage treatment plant in Huiyang District,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province asthe test object,phosphorus mainly existed in the form of hypophosphite,which cannot be directly removed by chemical precipitati-on.In the experiment,the Fenton method was used to oxidize hypophosphite to high-valence orthophosphate,and then phosphoruswas removed through the floculation precipitation process.Explore the influence of H_(2)O_(2)dosage,m(H_(2)O_(2)):m(Fe^(2+)),imitial pHvalue,reaction time and other factors on the removal eflect of hypophosphite in the Fenton process.The test results showed that:when the imitial pH was 3,the dosage of 30%H_(2)O_(2)was 200 mg./L,m(H_(2)O_(2)):m(Fe^(2+))was 4.86,adjusting the pH of the soltu-tion to 10-1l after 120 minutes of reaction,adding 1 mg/L polyacrylamide(PAM)anion solution for 60 min precipitation,totalphosphorus(TP)was reduced from 1.87 mg/L to 0.30 mg/L,which met the requirement of TP≤0.5 mg/L in Level l A of thePollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002).
