摘  要:在输配电网中所使用的配电变压器多为冷轧取向硅钢片铁心励磁变压器,但在使用过程中经常发生较大待机功耗。非晶合金励磁配电变压器主要采用非晶态合金铁心材料作为非晶合金铁心励磁变压器的材料,与市场上采用硅钢片合金铁心制造的励磁配电变压器相比,其产生的空载励磁损耗大为降低。本文通过改选SBH15-315/10型变压器的线圈匝数和铁心重量,从非晶合金配电变压器的安装工艺出发,设计改进了传统变压器的安装技术,减少了铁心损耗,提高了工作效率。The distribution transformers used in the transmission and distribution network are mostly cold-rolled oriented silicon steel core excitation transformers,but the large standby power consumption often occurs in the process of use.The amorphous alloy excitation distribution transformer mainly adopts amorphous alloy core material as the material of amorphous alloy core excitation transformer.Compared with the excitation distribution transformer made of silicon steel sheet alloy core in the market,its no-load excitation loss is greatly reduced.By changing the coil turns and core weight of type SBH15-315/10 transformer,starting from the installation process of amorphous alloy distribution transformer,this paper designs and improves the installation technology of traditional transformer,reduces core loss and improves work efficiency.
