摘  要:利用石灰石煅烧黏土水泥(LC_(3))制备了3种不同煅烧黏土掺量的超高性能混凝土(UHPC),并通过动态热机械分析、扫描电镜能谱分析、孔结构分析等测试技术评估煅烧黏土掺量对UHPC静、动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:煅烧黏土的掺入可使UHPC的损耗因子、损耗模量和储能模量最高分别提升46.7%、50.0%和102.0%;煅烧黏土掺量为35%、40%和45%时,坍落扩展度分别降低了20.5%、26.9%和29.2%;煅烧黏土掺量为35%时,抗压和抗折强度分别增加了13.78%和27.11%。综合可知,掺入30%~40%煅烧黏土制备的UHPC具有更好的静、动态力学性能和环境、经济效益。Limestone calcined clay cement(LC;) was used to prepare three kinds of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) with different calcined clay contents, and the effects of calcined clay contents on the static and dynamic mechanical properties of UHPC were evaluated by dynamic mechanical analysis, scanning electron microscopy-energy disperse spectroscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The results show that compared to the reference group, the maximum enhancements of loss factor, loss modulus and storage modulus of UHPC incorporated with LC^(3) of 46.7%, 50.0% and 102.0%, respectively. The slump flow of UHPC is decreased by 20.5%, 26.9%, and 29.2% when calcined clay content is increased from 0 to 35%, 40% and 45%, respectively. Also, compared to the reference group, the compressive and flexural strengths of UHPC incorporated with 35% calcined clay are increased by 13.78%and 27.11%, respectively. In addition, UHPC incorporated with 30%-40% calcined clay has better static and dynamic mechanical properties, environmental friendliness, as well as economic efficiency.
