摘  要:国内有机污染场地经原位热传导热脱附处理后,尾气污染负荷较高,传统的尾气处理方法难以实现达标排放,要采用处理效果更为彻底的燃烧技术。本文对常见的直接燃烧、蓄热燃烧、催化氧化等燃烧工艺进行技术和经济对比,提出直接燃烧更适合作为尾气处理的燃烧主工艺,同时从节能减碳趋势出发,提出一种新型尾气回烧清洁处理工艺,然后基于实例分析其减碳效果。结果表明,尾气回烧工艺减碳效果显著。After in-situ thermal conductive desorption treatment at domestic organic polluted sites,the exhaust gas pollution load is relatively high,traditional exhaust gas treatment methods are difficult to achieve emission standards,and combustion technology with more thorough treatment effects must be adopted.This paper makes a technical and economic comparison of common combustion processes,such as direct combustion,regenerative combustion and catalytic oxidation,and proposes that direct combustion is more suitable as the main combustion process for exhaust gas treatment,and proposes a new type of exhaust gas back-burning clean treatment process starting from the trend of energy saving and carbon reduction,and then analyzes its carbon reduction effect based on examples.The results show that the exhaust gas back-burning process has a significant carbon reduction effect.
