摘  要:危险废物具有极大的危害性,其危害性是生活垃圾的几十倍甚至上百倍,必须进行妥善的管理和处置,否则会造成环境污染,直接危害人体健康。目前常用的危险废物焚烧脱酸技术以湿法脱酸为主,脱酸效率较高,但是存在运行成本高、大量的高盐废水不易处理等问题。本文以危废回转窑焚烧系统为例,研究炉内喷钙脱酸技术在危废焚烧系统中的应用,分析危废焚烧系统炉内脱酸技术的优缺点,优选危废焚烧脱酸技术方案,并将其推广应用于工业危险废物焚烧领域。Hazardous waste is extremely harmful,and its harmfulness is dozens or even hundreds of times that of domestic waste,which must be properly managed and disposed of,otherwise it will cause environmental pollution and directly endanger human health.At present,the commonly used hazardous waste incineration deacidification technology is mainly wet deacidification,which has a high deacidification efficiency,but there are problems such as high operating costs and a large amount of high-salt wastewater that is difficult to treat.This paper takes the hazardous waste rotary kiln incineration system as an example,studies the application of calcium injection deacidification technology in the hazardous waste incineration system,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the deacidification technology in the hazardous waste incineration system,selects the technical solution of hazardous waste incineration and deacidification,and promotes it to the field of industrial hazardous waste incineration.
