摘  要:对纳氏试剂光度法测定水中氨氮的预处理方法:滤纸过滤法.离心法.滤膜抽滤法,絮凝沉淀法和蒸馏法作了阐述,并对上述方法在工作曲线的制作和在测定地表水与工业废水时样品测定的精密度和加标回收率作了比较,得出各预处理方法的适用情况,以期更好地指导实际工作。;Pretreatment methods for determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,such asfilter paper filtration,centrifugation,filtration membrane filtration,flocculation precipitation and distillation,were deseribed,andthe precision and recovery rate of sample determination in making working eurves and determining suface water and industrialwastewater were compared,and the appliability of each pretreatment method was obtained,so as to better guide practical work.
