摘　　要：采用50毫升带螺口的聚四氟乙烯塞子的硬质玻璃旋塞比色管,测定水样中的总磷,校准曲线有更高的准确度、灵敏度和相关性,水样测定的精密度RSD<3.50%,加标回收率为95.0%-103%,简化了操作,省时省力。Use 50 ml hard glass stopcock colorimetric tube with screw polytetrafluoroethylene to determine total phosphornus inwater samples.The ealibration curve has higher accuracy,sensitivity and relativity.The precision RSD of water sample determination is less than 3.50%,the recovery of standard addition is 95.0%to 103%,which simplifies the operation and saves time andlabor.
