摘 要:某进口铁矿石,经过弱磁选产出的产品——磁铁精矿含硫高达2.82%,难以满足钢铁厂的要求,为了提高铁精矿的品质,对高硫磁铁精矿反浮选脱硫的工艺进行试验研究。在以碳酸铵为介质调整剂、GA为活化剂、GN为捕收剂的弱碱性矿浆中反浮选脱硫,闭路浮选试验指标为:铁精矿产率为91.63%、铁品位为68.25%、含硫0.18%,硫精矿产率为8.37%、硫品位为31.68%、含铁59.03%。The sulfur content of magnetite concentrate produced by weak magnetic separation of an imported iron ore is as high as 2.82%,which is difficult to meet the requirements of iron and steel plant.In order to improve the quality of iron concentrate,the process of reverse flotation desulfurization of high sulfur magnetite concentrate was experimentally studied.In the weak alkaline pulp with ammonium carbonate as medium regulator,GA as activator and GN as collector,reverse flotation desulfurization,closed circuit flotation test indexes are as follows:iron concentrate yield is 91.63%,iron grade is 68.25%,sulfur content is 0.18%,sulfur concentrate rate is 8.37%,sulfur grade is 31.68%and iron content is 59.03%.
