摘　　要：自动化生产线的开发与应用是在提高效率提高产能,质量稳定且提高产品的一致性。节约劳动成本消除浪费和提高电动玻璃升降器总装生产水平的一个质的飞跃提升,更是为企业提供了跨越式发展奠定了基础。实现市场影响力提高企业竞争力,达到低成本高价值的核心路线必须引进一流的设备和一流的现代化工艺。文章结合CN210S车型电动玻璃升降器对装配工艺进行介绍,为生产线设计问题提供借鉴与帮助。The development and application of automatic production line is to improve efficiency and productivity, quality stability and improve the consistency of products. It is a qualitative leap to save labor costs, eliminate waste and improve the general assembly production level of electric window regulator, which has laid a foundation for the leapfrog development of the enterprise. To achieve market influence, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the core route of low cost and high value, we must introduce first-class equipment and first-class modern technology. In this paper, the assembly process of CN210 S electric glass lifter is introduced,which provides reference and help for the design of production line.
