竹节参多糖的药理活性研究概况

摘　　要：随着民族特色药物的研究与发展,竹节参活性成分之一的竹节参多糖的药理活性研究亦越来越多,竹节参多糖具有抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节、改善学习记忆、保护神经元、降血脂、护肝、抗疲劳及抗肿瘤等多种药理活性。笔者主要对近年来知网、维普、万方上关于竹节参多糖的药理活性研究进行概述,为今后关于竹节参多糖及其组分的分离纯化和药理研究的提供参考价值。With the research and development of medicine with national characteristics,as one of the active components of Panax japonicus,there are more and more studies on the pharmacological activities of Panax japonicus polysaccharide.Panax japonicus polysaccharide has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,immune regulation,improving learning and memory,protecting neurons,reducing blood lipid,protecting liver,anti fatigue and anti-tumor.The pharmacological activities of Panax japonicus polysaccharide from cnki,Weipu and Wanfang were reviewed in recent years,so as to provide reference value for the separation,purification and pharmacological research of Panax japonicus polysaccharide and its components in the future.
