摘  要:在某厂生产的Ni36合金冷轧带材表面发现有大量斑点缺陷,严重影响产品的表面质量。通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析,发现该斑点缺陷为表面残留的氧化层所致。通过适当增加冷轧前坯料的修磨量,彻底清除坯料表面的氧化层,有效杜绝了冷轧带材表面斑点缺陷的发生,保证了产品的表面质量。A large number of spot defects were found on the surface of Ni36 alloy cold rolled strip produced in a factory,which seriously affected the surface quality of the product.Through the analysis of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,it was found that the spot defects were caused by the residual oxide layer on the surface of Ni36 alloy cold rolled strip.By properly increasing the grinding amount of the blank before cold rolling to remove the oxide layer,the spot defects on the surface of the cold rolled strip were effectively eliminated,and the surface quality of the product was ensured.
