摘  要:传统的氢致开裂(HIC)试样评价方法参考标准NACE TM0284,将试样进行4等分,金相检查3个截面上的裂纹,计算出CLR、CTR、CSR等3个裂纹率。在HIC评价中引入了全自动浸入式超声探伤技术,对试样进行了全面的评价,对裂纹进行了定位分析。同时,分析了全自动超声探伤的优缺点,并讨论了与传统评价方法的区别。试验材料包含了管材和板材,对氢致开裂敏感与不敏感的材料,亦比对了部分材料在不同溶液中的氢致开裂敏感程度。Traditional HIC evaluation method could be in accordance with NACE TM0284 standard.The specimen was cut into quarters,followed by crack ratio measurement for cross section,such as crack length ratio(CLR),crack thickness ratio(CTR)and crack sensitivity ratio(CSR).Automatic immersion ultrasonic testing was used for HIC evaluation.Overall evaluation for each specimen could be conducted and cracks were also located.In addition,advantages and disadvantages of automatic immersion ultrasonic testing(A-IUT)as well as the difference between automatic immersion ultrasonic testing and traditional method were analyzed.Tested materials included pipe and plate,HIC sensitive and non-sensitive materials,and the sensitivity of some materials in different solutions were also compared.
