摘　　要：马克思主义政治哲学揭露了资本主义的非正义及其产生的根源,指出资本主义社会状态下人的全面异化是资本主义的先天缺陷。这个先天缺陷在资本主义私有制框架下是无法解决的。在政治哲学思想发展史中,马克思主义政治哲学批判和超越了西方自由主义政治哲学,继承了人类创造的优秀政治文化,第一次提出了实质正义思想。马克思主义政治哲学既是形式正义和程序正义,更是实质正义和结果正义,这是区别于自由主义政治哲学的关键。马克思主义实质正义反映和代表了人类共同的利益,是人类普遍的正义,是最好的政治哲学。Marxist political philosophy revealed the injustice of capitalism and its origin,and pointed out that the total alienation of human beings in the capitalist society is the congenital defect of capitalism.This congenital defect can not be solved under the framework of capitalist private ownership.In the history of political philosophy,Marxist political philosophy criticized and surpassed the western liberal political philosophy,and inherited the excellent political culture which created by human beings,and the substantive justice thought was put forward for the first time.Marxist political philosophy is not only formal justice and procedural justice,but also substantial justice and results justice,which is the key difference from liberalism political philosophy.Marxist substantive justice reflects and represents the common interests of mankind,it is the universal justice for mankind,and it is the best political philosophy.
