摘　　要：货物原产地认定标准是自由贸易协定的重要组成部分,在我国不断签署与他国自由贸易协定的背景下,研究货物原产地认定标准有利于推动我国对外贸易行业向前发展。本文通过简单阐述货物原产地认定标准的相关概念,就我国自由贸易协定中货物原产地认定标准存在的问题进行分析,并对此提出改进方式。The standards for determining the origin of goods are an important part of free trade agreements.In the context of China’s continuous signing of free trade agreements with other countries,studying the standards for identifying the origin of goods will help promote the development of China’s foreign trade industry.This article briefly elaborates the relevant concepts of the standards for the determination of the origin of goods,analyzes the problems existing in the standards for the determination of the origin of goods in China’s free trade agreements,and proposes ways to improve it.
