摘　　要：本文就现代机械制造业企业技术工作的要求、工艺、内容、意识等进行了认真的分析,对于现代机械制造企业来说,工艺水平研究是始终绕不开的,工艺水平研究核心在技术研究,这是机械制造企业的命门所在。在技术研究中,技术人员不仅要有认真负责的研究能力,而且需要把握理论转化为实践,将理论技术变为时间技术,机械制造企业需要认真对待工艺水平的研究投入,要进一步加强信息化建设,要进一步开展关于工艺技术研究的创新工作,唯有如此,企业才能在行业中立于脱颖而出、不败之地,不仅为公司的发展起到压舱石的作用,更为国家的工业发展注入持续的动力。This article carefully analyzes the requirements,technology,content,and awareness of the technical work of modern machinery manufacturing enterprises.For modern machinery manufacturing enterprises,the research on the technological level is always inevitable,and the core of the research on the technological level is technology.This is the fate of machinery manufacturing enterprises.In technical research,technicians must not only have serious and responsible research capabilities,but also need to grasp the theory into practice,and turn theoretical technology into time technology.Machinery manufacturing enterprises need to seriously treat the research investment of the technological level and further strengthen the construction of information technology.To further carry out innovative work on process technology research,only in this way can the company stand out and stand in an invincible position in the industry,not only playing a ballast stone role for the company’s development,but also injecting continuous power.
