大学本科学生管理工作的创新途径探析

摘　　要：在当前教学发展理念下,为培养全新的高素质人才,高校在教学管理工作中要做到以人为本的教学目标,进一步深化教学改革,根据新时代的发展需求下积极转变教学方式,立足于全面教学发展规划,明确办校宗旨,创办出有自己独特风格的高等院校,密切结合,根据当前学生的学习发展规划,做好教学管理工作安排,在实践探索出一条符合当前学生学习的全新教学途径,以此全面推动高校教学整体质量发展。Under the current concept of teaching development,to cultivate brand-new high-quality talents,colleges and universities should have a people-oriented teaching goal in teaching management,further deepen teaching reforms,and actively change teaching methods based on the development needs of the new era.Comprehensive teaching development plan clarifies the purpose of running the school,and establishes a higher education institution with its own unique style.According to the current student learning development plan,the article makes a good teaching management work arrangement,and explores a brand new one that is in line with the current student learning-teaching methods to comprehensively promote the development of the overall quality of teaching in colleges and universities.
