摘 要:智能网联的背景下,汽车企业之间的竞争越来越趋向于人才的竞争,而现如今智能网联汽车相关技术人才却是严重匮乏。目前的人才现状是高校供给严重不足,而智能网联汽车所必须的IT相关人才需求旺盛,但是令其转型的吸引力却远远不够。为解决该问题便需要高校建立长期有效的人才培养机制,本文将从教师的培养、课程的建设、以及教法的创新三个方面提出一种汽车专业人才培养的新思路。In the context of intelligent network connection, the competition among auto companies tends to be more and more talented, but nowadays, and there is a serious shortage of technical talents related to intelligent networked vehicles. The current situation of talents is that the supply of colleges and universities is seriously insufficient, and the demand for IT-related talents necessary for intelligent networked vehicles is strong, but the attractiveness of its transformation is far from enough. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary for universities to establish a long-term and effective talent training mechanism. This article will propose a new idea of automobile professional talent training from three aspects: teacher training, curriculum construction, and teaching method innovation.
