摘 要:电控系统在现代汽车上的广泛应用,使汽车的各项性能指标都得到了显著的改善和提高,尤其电控系统本身具备的故障自诊断功能和各传感器工作参数数据流的显示,对与维修人员分析和判断故障起到了非常重要的作用。汽车数据流分析在现代汽车故障诊断中扮演的角色越来越重要,了解汽车电子控制系统、熟悉汽车数据流、掌握数据流的分析方法,才能提高汽车诊断技术。可以说够读懂数据流,并能通过数据流进行一系列的分析,会给汽车电子控制系统的实际维修工作带来极大的帮助。本文通过对故障案例车辆的数据流进行读取与分析,帮助汽车维修人员完成对故障案例车辆的检测与维修,从而探讨数据流分析在实际汽车维修过程中的重要作用。The wide application of electronic control systems in modern automobiles has significantly improved the performance indicators of automobiles,especially the fault self-diagnosis function of the electronic control system itself and the display of the data flow of the working parameters of each sensor.It plays a very important role in analyzing and judging faults with maintenance personnel.Automobile data flow analysis plays an increasingly important role in modern automobile fault diagnosis.Only by understanding automobile electronic control system,being familiar with automobile data flow,and mastering the analysis method of data flow can the automobile diagnosis technology be improved.It can be said that the data flow can be read and understood,and a series of analysis can be carried out through the data flow,which will bring great help to the actual maintenance work of the automotive electronic control system.This paper reads and analyzes the data flow of the vehicle in the fault case,and helps the auto repair personnel to complete the detection and maintenance of the vehicle in the fault case,so as to explore the important role of data flow analysis in the actual car maintenance process.
