摘 要:利用TiO_(2)与氧化石墨烯(GO)制备二氧化钛/石墨烯(TiO_(2)-GR)材料,并将其与聚苯乙烯(PS)共混发泡制备可降解PS复合材料,并对PS复合材料的形貌、力学性能、保温性能以及可降解性能进行表征。结果表明:4号样品具有最低的导热系数0.032 W/(m·K),具有最佳的保温性能。力学性能方面,4号样品具有最佳的压缩强度以及冲击强度,分别达到7.1 MPa和19.8 kJ/m^(2)。4号样品在光照下具有较好的可降解性能,在120 min光照下,其降解率达到48.2%。4号样品满足建筑保温材料的要求,并且其废弃后,可以有效通过光照进行降解,具有环保性。Titanium dioxide/graphene(TiO_(2)-GR) material was prepared by TiO_(2)and graphene oxide(GO), and the degradable PS composites was prepared by blending Ti O_(2)-GR with PS. The morphology, mechanical properties, thermal insulation performance and degradable properties of degradable PS composites were characterized. The results show that No.4 sample has the lowest thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/(m·K) and the best thermal insulation performance. In terms of mechanical properties, No.4 sample has the best compressive strength and impact strength of 7.1 MPa and 19.8 kJ/m^(2),respectively. No. 4 sample has good degradation performance under light, and the degradation rate reaches 48.2% under120 min light. No.4 sample meets the requirements of building insulation materials, and it can be effectively degraded by light after being abandoned, which is environmentally friendly.
