摘  要:利用聚磷酸铵-聚多巴胺-二氧化铈(APP-PDA-CeO_(2))对环氧树脂(EP)阻燃改性,提升EP的阻燃性能,并解决APP与EP相容性差的问题。探究EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能,并分析阻燃机理。结果表明:APP-PDA-CeO_(2)颗粒在EP树脂体系中呈现良好的分散性与力学性能。与EP、EP/APP、EP/CeO_(2)和EP/APPCeO_(2)体系相比,EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)复合材料展现更好的阻燃性能。当APP-PDA-CeO_(2)含量为6%,EP/APP-PDACeO_(2)复合材料的阻燃性能最好,相比EP材料,EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)(6%)的TTI延长51 s,PHRR降低50.6%,THR降低35.7%,LOI值达到30.3%,UL-94为V-0级别,最大烟密度(MSD)降低至89.82,烟密度等级(SDR)降低至69.12%。The flame retardant modification of epoxy resin(EP) by ammonium polyphosphate-polydopamine-cerium dioxide(APP-PDA-CeO_(2)) was used to improve the flame retardant properties of EP and solve the problem of poor compatibility between APP and EP. The mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)composites were investigated, and the flame retardant mechanism was analyzed. The results show that APP-PDA-CeO_(2)particles have good dispersion and mechanical properties in EP resin system. Compared with EP, EP/APP, EP/CeO_(2)and EP/APP-CeO_(2)systems, EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)composites show better flame retardant properties. When the content of APPPDA-CeO_(2)is 6%, flame retardant properties of EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)composites is the best. Compared with EP, the TTI of EP/APP-PDA-CeO_(2)(6%) is extended by 51 s, the PHRR is reduced by 50.6%, the THR is reduced by 35.7%, the LOI value is 30.3%, the UL-94 is V-0 grade, the maximum smoke density(MSD) is reduced to 89.82, and the smoke density grade(SDR) is reduced to 69.12%.
