摘 要:稀土作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)的性能改进剂,具有优异的热稳定性、加工性和无毒环保特性,符合未来PVC热稳定剂发展的趋势,成为相关研究的重点。对近年来稀土热稳定剂的研究进行综述,以有机酸作为稀土元素适配体的热稳定剂是研究的重点。含氮杂环类、乙酰丙酮、水滑石、姜黄素等化合物也用作稀土元素的适配体。结果表明:稀土热稳定剂可明显提升PVC材料的热稳定性能,而加入硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌与化学助剂形成的复合型稀土热稳定剂,对PVC材料热稳定性的提升效果更佳。从稀土适配体化合物、复合型稀土热稳定剂以及减少生产成本等三个方面,指出稀土热稳定剂未来的发展方向。As the performance modifier of polyvinyl chloride(PVC), rare earth has excellent thermal stability,processability and non-toxic environmental protection characteristics, which conforms to the development trend of PVC heat stabilizer in the future and becomes the focus of related research. The research of rare earth heat stabilizers in recent years was reviewed. Organic acids as heat stabilizers for rare earth aptamers are the research focus. Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds, acetylacetone, hydrotalcite, curcumin and other compounds are also used as rare earth element aptamers. The results show that rare earth heat stabilizers can significantly improve the thermal stability of PVC materials. The compound rare earth heat stabilizer formed by adding calcium stearate, zinc stearate and chemical additives has better effect on the thermal stability of PVC materials. The future development direction of rare earth heat stabilizers is pointed out from three aspects which are rare earth aptamer compounds, composite rare earth heat stabilizers and reducing production costs.
