摘  要:介绍3D打印技术的产生及应用领域,阐述塑料作为3D打印材料的优势和常用于3D打印的塑料原材料种类。对熔融沉积成型、立体光固化成型以及选择性激光烧结等3D打印技术的基本工作原理和优缺点进行对比。综述不同3D打印技术制备的塑料及复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度等力学性能的研究进展,指出当前3D打印塑料制品存在的不足与改进方向,对3D打印塑料制品的发展前景进行展望。This paper introduces the generation and application fields of 3D printing technology, expounds the advantages of plastic as 3D printing material and the types of plastic raw materials commonly used in 3D printing. The basic working principles, advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing technologies such as fused deposition molding, stereo lithography apparatus and selective laser sintering were compared. The research progress of tensile strength, impact strength, bending strength and other mechanical properties of plastics and composites prepared by different 3D printing technologies is reviewed. The shortcomings and improvement direction of 3D printing plastic products are pointed out. The development prospect of 3D printing plastic products is prospected.
