摘 要:采用N-羟甲基酰胺类超低甲醛免烫整理剂SDP1以汽蒸潮态交联的方式对棉织物进行免烫整理,织物可获得优良的整理效果,但存在甲醛释放量偏高的问题。通过分析汽蒸与焙烘整理织物的交联程度、水洗后甲醛量和折皱回复角,探讨汽蒸整理织物甲醛释放量偏高的原因。结果表明:汽蒸整理织物上醚键连接的缩聚产物以及N-羟甲基单端产物是造成整理织物甲醛释放量偏高的主要原因;经20次的循环洗涤,汽蒸交联织物的释放甲醛量约为110 mg/kg,难以满足GB18401—2010中B类纺织品的限量要求。Cotton fabrics finished with the ultra-low formaldehyde crosslinking agent SDP1 by steaming moist crosslinking process could obtain excellent finishing effects,but there is a problem of higher released formaldehyde.In this paper,through designing several confirmatory experiments and comparing the fabrics finished by steaming moist crosslinking process with the pad-dry-cure finished fabrics,the reasons for higher released formaldehyde from steaming moist crosslinked fabrics are deeply discussed.The results show that the singleended products of—N—CH_(2)OH and the polycondensation products with ether linkage on fabrics finished by steaming moist crosslinking process lead to its higher released formaldehyde.After 20 home laundering cycles,the released formaldehyde content is still too high,about 110 mg/kg,which is difficult to meet the require⁃ments for category B textiles in GB18401—2010.
