摘　　要：采用分散染料/活性染料对棉/禾素混纺织物进行一浴法染色,分析了载体用量、碳酸钠用量、匀染剂用量以及染色温度和时间对染色效果的影响,优化染色工艺为:分散染料0.5%,活性染料1%,载体2%,匀染剂1 g/L,染色温度90℃,染色时间30 min,氯化钠20 g/L,碳酸钠10 g/L。染色织物的色牢度优良,手感稍硬,强力损失20.16%。One-bath dyeing of cotton/PHBV/PLA blended fabric is carried out with disperse and reactive dyes.The effects of carrier dosage,sodium carbonate dosage,leveling agent dosage,and dyeing temperature and time on the dyeing properties are analyzed.The optimized dyeing process is:disperse dye 0.5%,reactive dye 1%,carrier 2%,leveling agent 1 g/L,dyeing temperature 90℃,dyeing time 30 min,sodium chloride 20 g/L,sodi⁃um carbonate 10 g/L.The color fastness of the dyed fabric is excellent,the hand feel is slightly hard,and the strength is lost by 20.16%.
