摘　　要：采用热升华转移印花工艺制备涤纶仿艾德莱斯绸,探讨了糊料的种类与用量、改性丙烯酸酯乳液用量,以及热转印温度和时间等因素对热转印纸轮廓清晰度及转印织物K/S值的影响。结果表明:选用3%的羟丙基瓜尔胶为糊料和1%改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备的热转印纸轮廓清晰度较好;热转印温度200℃,热转印时间50 s时转印织物K/S值最佳。制备的仿艾德莱斯绸的耐摩擦及耐水洗色牢度均达到5级,吸湿透气性好,手感柔软。Aidelaisi silk-like polyester fabric is prepared by sublimation transfer printing process.The influence of the type and amount of paste,the amount of modified acrylate emulsion,and the temperature and time of heat transfer on the contour definition of heat transfer paper and the K/S value of transfer printing fabric are dis⁃cussed.The results show that the heat transfer paper prepared by using 3%hydroxypropyl guar gum as the paste and 1%modified acrylate emulsion has better contour definition;the heat transfer temperature is 200℃,and the heat transfer time is 50 s,the K/S value of transfer fabric is the best.The prepared Aidelaisi silk-like polyester fabric features Grade 5 of the color fastnesses to rubbing and washing,good moisture absorption and air permeability,and soft hand feeling as well.
