摘　　要：针对天竹纤维和石墨烯纤维不同的性能,分析了两种纤维不同的混纺比例和浆纱工艺参数对混纺面料性能的影响,测试了染色后织物的色牢度和抗菌性能。结果发现:采用85/15比例混纺的天竹/石墨烯面料,条干CV值为12.64%;上浆时浆槽温度要控制在90~95℃,控制纱线上浆率12.5%;染整加工后织物耐皂洗色牢度达到3~4级以上,耐干/湿摩擦色牢度分别为3~4级和3级,尺寸稳定性好,抑菌率达到72%以上。In view of the different properties of bamboo viscose fiber and graphene fiber,the effects of different blending ratios and sizing process parameters on the properties of blended fabrics are analyzed,and the color fastness and antibacterial properties of the dyed fabrics are tested.The results show that the bamboo viscose/graphene fabric blended with 85/15 ratio has CV value of 12.64%;the temperature of the size tank should be controlled at 90-95℃during sizing,and the yarn sizing rate should be controlled at 12.5%.The color fastness to soaping is above Grade 3-4,the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing is Grade 3-4 and Grade 3,the dimen⁃sional stability is good,and the antibacterial rate is above 72%.
