摘 要:为改善中东高温高盐碳酸盐岩油藏的水驱效果,以中东阿曼B4为研究对象,开展高温高盐碳酸盐岩油藏波及控制技术(SCT)研究与矿场试验。纳米级SMG理化性能评价及矿场试验结果表明,即使在比B4储层条件更加苛刻的测试条件(130℃,200 g/L)下,作为SCT技术驱替相之一的纳米级SMG仍具有较好的热稳定性,长达6个月的高温高盐老化后,SMG粒径有所减小,但仍具备波及控制所需要的理化性能;目标油藏实施SCT技术仅10个月后,增油效果显著,日产油量提高63.9%,累计增油量4210 t,中心井增油降水效果尤为显著,日产油量提高83%,含水率下降12百分点,累计增油量2447 t。矿场试验结果初步表明,SCT技术对于B4具有较好的深部调驱效果并且该技术也是有望解决中东其他类似油藏的水驱不均问题。此外,SMG驱后,其增油降水效果具体能持续多久,仍需要进行相关矿场试验和跟踪研究。In order to improve the waterflooded effects of the high⁃temperature high⁃salinity carbonate oil reservoirs in the Middle East,taking Oman B4 reservior in the Middle East as the research object,the swept control technolo⁃gy(SCT)for the reservoirs was studied and field tested.The physico⁃chemical performances evaluation and oilfield test results of nanoscale SMG indicate that nanoscale SMG,as one of the displacing phases of SCT,still has much better thermal stability even under more harsh test conditions(130℃,200 g/L)than those of Reservoir B4.After high⁃temperature high⁃salinity aging for up to 6 months,although SMG particle sizes are reduced to some extent,it still has the physico⁃chemical properties required for the swept control.Only 10 months after the implementation of SCT in the target reservoir,the oil incremental effect was significant for the daily oil increased is up to 63.9%and the cumulative oil increase reaches 4210 tons.The effects are particularly significant in the central oil well as the daily oil production is up to 83%and the water cut is decreased by 12 percents with the cumulative oil increase of 2447 tons.The field test results preliminarily demonstrate that SCT has much better effects for the deep profile control and oil displacement for Reservoir B4.What’s more,this technology is also expected to solve the problem of the uneven waterflooding in other similar oil reservoirs in the Middle East.However,the specific duration of the oil⁃in⁃creasing and watercut⁃reducing effects after the SMG flooding still need to be tested and tracked in the relevant field tests.
