摘 要:党的十九大报告指出高质量就业是解决我国当前新形势下社会主要矛盾的必然要求,这对工程类本科人才培养模式提出了新的内容。通过分析高质量就业的评价体系及影响因子,构建了着眼于提高解决复杂问题能力的工程类本科人才敏捷培养模式,模式突出体现了培养目标融合、学科融合、产教资源融合、模块化的快速可重构课程体系等特点,能够快速适应国内外产业对人才需求的变化,对新工科背景下工程类高等教育培养模式改革具有实践意义。The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that high-quality employment is an inevitable requirement to solve the main social contradictions under the current situation in China,which puts forward new contents for the training model of engineering undergraduate talents.By analyzing the evaluation system and influencing factors of high quality employment,the agility training model of engineering undergraduate talents is constructed to improve students’ability to solve complex problems.This model highlights the characteristics of training objectives integration,discipline integration,industry-education resources integration,and modular and fast reconfigurable curriculum system.It can quickly adapt to the changes of domestic and foreign industries’demand for talents,and has practical significance for the reform of engineering training model under the background of Emerging Engineering Education.
