摘  要:为了进一步提升胡麻播种质量、提高发芽率和田间出苗率,以8种药剂作为浸种试剂处理晋亚10号胡麻种子,将处理后的种子通过PEG-6000模拟抗旱条件筛选,选出干旱条件下胡麻种子萌发力最好的浸种试剂。结果表明,质量浓度为35 mg·L^(-1)的Vc溶液、2000 mg·L^(-1)氯化钙溶液和600 mg·L^(-1)的七水硫酸锌溶液对胡麻萌发有更好的促进作用。In order to further improve the sowing quality,germination rate and field emergence rate of flax,8 kinds of reagents were selected to treat the seeds of Jinya 10 flax.The treated seeds were screened by PEG-6000 simulated drought resistance conditions.The best reagent for flax seeds under drought condition was selected.The results showed that,Vc solution with mass concentration of 35 mg·L^(-1),calcium chloride solution with mass concentration of 2000 mg·L^(-1) and zinc sulfate solution with mass concentration of 600 mg·L^(-1) had better promoting effect on flax germination.
