摘　　要：为解决森林外部性导致的生态产品与服务供需间矛盾及其内部化问题,学界提出了生态补偿的概念。目前森林生态补偿机制的研究主要从森林生态补偿概念、利益相关者与主体识别、森林生态补偿标准的确定依据与补偿标准的计算以及森林生态补偿模式这几个方面展开。通过对国内外文献的梳理,认为现有研究存在概念界定不明确、对森林生态补偿的支付主体没有定论、各学者提出的补偿标准和方式计算结果差距较大、有些方法结果缺乏可操作性以及对具体标准的数字化和对补偿标准的灵活调整等方面研究缺乏等问题。未来研究可以更多关注主体的界定、分阶段补偿标准的确定以及补偿标准的效益评估等方面。本文将为我国森林生态补偿机制的进一步研究与开展提供参考和指导。In order to solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of ecological products and services and the internalization caused by forest externalities,the academic circles put forward the concept of ecological compensation.At present,the research of forest ecological compensation mechanism mainly started from the concept of forest ecological compensation,the identification of stakeholders and subjects,the determination basis of forest ecological compensation standard and the calculation of compensation standard,and the forest ecological compensation model.Through combing the domestic and foreign litera⁃ture,it’s believed that the existing research has unclear concept definitions,inconclusive conclusions on the payment subject of forest ecological compensation,large gaps in the calculation results of compensa⁃tion standards and methods proposed by various scholars,and the lack of operability of some methods and results.The lack of research on the digitization of specific standards and the flexible adjustment of compen⁃sation standards.Future research can pay more attention to the definition of subjects,the determination of compensation standards in stages,and the benefit evaluation of compensation standards.This article pro⁃vided reference and guidance for the further research and development of my country's forest ecological compensation mechanism.
