摘　　要：森林资源是老挝自然生态系统的重要构成与基础,有效保护森林资源已经是老挝国家政策的重要关注点。基于对老挝森林资源保护政策演进过程的系统梳理,得出其森林保护经历了从永续利用到可持续经营深刻转变的基本结论;阐述老挝森林保护政策的总体机制,涉及不同阶段的森林保护政策目标以及老挝森林保护政策的组织机构;接着,总体概述老挝森林资源保护的政策内容;最后,总结研究内容,并依据老挝多年来森林保护政策实施状况,提出了有助于改善老挝后续森林资源保护效益的若干启示。Forest resources are an important component and foundation of the natural ecosystem of Laos,and effective protection of forest resources has been an important focus of Laos'national policy.Based on the systematic review of the evolution process of the forest resource protection policy in Laos,the basic con⁃clusion that its forest protection has undergone a profound transformation from sustainable use to sustain⁃able management is drawn;the overall mechanism of the forest protection policy in Laos is explained,in⁃volving forest protection policies at different stages goals and the organization of the Laos forest protection policy;then,an overview of the Laos forest resource protection policy content;finally,it summarized the re⁃search content,and based on the implementation of the Laos forest protection policy over the years,it’s helpful to improve the follow-up forest resource protection benefits in Laos Some enlightenment from.
