摘　　要：随着人工耳蜗植入(Cochlear Implant, CI)技术日臻成熟,CI现已成为一种相对安全有效的手术。与CI相关的颅内并发症发生率很低,但后果十分严重,需密切观察、及时处理。本文结合文献就脑膜炎、脑脊液漏、颅内血肿、颅内气肿四种CI相关的颅内并发症致病因素、临床表现及处理措施等方面进行综述。With advances of the cochlear implant(CI) technology, CI has become a relatively safe and effective surgery. The incidence of CI-related intracranial complications is very low, but the consequences can be serious, requiring close observation and timely intervention. In this paper, pathogenic factors, clinical manifestations and management measures of CI-related intracranial complications, including meningitis, cerebrospinal fluid leak, hematoma and emphysema, were summarized with a review of the literature.
